SHIPPING

Free local shipping, on us!
It will take approximately 5-7 business days for your purchase to reach you.

All orders are sent via trackable mail or courier. We aim to dispatch your items within 3 working days of receiving an order, Monday through Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight

If you are ordering predominately light items, such as clothes, please email us as we can try to reduce the shipping charges for you. hello@thebabyholic.com

Occasionally a package may get lost in transit. We will not be liable for any lost or delay of international package once they have been despatched.  

REFUNDS

All sales are final and we do not provide refund.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. Please contact us at hello@thebabyholic.com with your order and product exchange information to discuss. You may proceed to mail the item back to us upon receiving our confirmation email.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email hello@thebabyholic.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be posted with registered postage to ensure delivery. 

All returns must be securely packaged and returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with packaging and price tags intact. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the buyer.
